Description

Named after Karl Heiker who moved to Cold Bay in 1966 and worked for Flying Tiger Lines, FAA, and worked as the State of Alaska magistrate from 1972 to 1985. Karl was born in Czechoslovakia in 1927 and passed away in Palmer, Alaska in 2009 at age 82.
