So very frustrated I put my money in the machine to purchase a drying towel and I didn't get the towel, lost $5 in the machine because I thought I did something wrong. Tried to call their number, it won't even let you leave a message. Very disappointed. I have come here often - never real happy because the time starts while you are still putting your money in and for at least a full minute you are not getting whatever selection you chose. Just not happy about it tonight.
