looking for a beagle puppy

I am looking mainly for a beagle puppy no older than 3 1/2 - 4 months old as a companion ESA and eventually to be trained as a Service dog for me. Any pup in the above mentioned age range that is either a beagle Mastador Sheppard Akita, English or American bull mastiff would work a beagle would be great any of the others would just and prescious to me. Please if anyone can help I would appreciate it. I cannot afford re-homing or adoption fees with my income which is just a little over 700.00 a month I can however keep dog food treats collars harnesses leashes and keep her if at all possible a female updated on her/his shots and vaccinations.
