Cafe Mochiko is looking to hire a dishwasher! If you enjoy a 4-day workweek in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you! We are a small but mighty restaurant & bakery that has been mentioned in Food & Wine Magazine, Bon Appetit Magazine, and Cincinnati Magazine, as well as many other local publications. We're looking to hire someone who can work Thursday-Sunday 12pm-10pm or until closing is complete. Duties include: -washing plates, bowls, silverware, glasses -washing pots, pans, sheet pans, tools -keeping dish area clean and organized -keeping prep areas and appliances clean -sweeping and mopping kitchen floors as necessary -trash removal throughout the day and at the end of service -assist in end of day cleanup You must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (40+ lbs). You should also be willing to comply with food safety procedures. You must also be able to communicate effectively with the team and should have reliable transportation to make it to your shift on time. Some experience is necessary.
