Bring your skis/splitboard, skins, and especially your sass for a shred session at Mount Bachelor! Join us for a monthly meetup event for women (and girls, with a parent or guardian) to shred pre-work with a bunch of other rad people! We will be meeting up at Thump (549 NW York Dr suite 200, Bend, OR 97703, United States) to carpool up together. We’ll leave Thump at 6:15 am sharp! Feel free to meet up at Bachelor too. Please be ready to rock and roll (skins on, properly attired with all safety gear and snacks/water) at 7:00 AM sharp at the bottom of Red Chair. If you haven't yet toured or been to Mt. Bachelor, meet the group at Thump to carpool up. Depending on our turn-out, we’ll split into groups and head up the hill. After the new year and a substantial base, courtesy of Crow’s Feet, there will be a handful of ski touring and splitboard set-ups available to reserve for FREE for this event. Please contact Crow’s Feet to reserve and pick up your set-up the night before. We will update the group when these become available after the new year! Note, this will be a casual meet-up activity and is not guided. All participants ride at their own risk. We will not be providing instruction and will be remaining inside the Mount Bachelor boundary area. If you plan to attend, please register using our free ticket option so we know how many people to expect. We hope that this meet-up will provide our local community with an opportunity to meet other snow-motivated individuals. While this meet-up is only once a month, we hope that the connections made at these events can open doors to winter-long touring partners. We will meet on the second Tuesday of each month through April. Here are our dates: December 13th January 10th February 14th March 14th April 11th --- All participants must sign the SheJumps Participant Waiver prior to participating in this event.
