Fireplace Intellifire not working

I have a new fireplace DV3732-b (). The pilot light doesn't turn on nor does the ignitor. I checked the transformer and the module, and they seem to work. I got the 3.5V output from the transformer and the module seems to output the right voltage. I'm looking for someone who are experienced with diagnosing fireplace.
