Colorado Artists in Recovery (CAiR) utilizes recovery-oriented principles to provide a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment for people affected by substance use and mental health. Through our workshops and events we nurture their creative expression and help them create meaningful connection. Join us for our organization’s annual fundraiser this December. Funds raised at this event help to fund the creativity workshops we offer at no cost to individuals who struggle with substance use disorders and mental health challenges. These workshops include art, music, dance, and meditation classes to help create a community of support for individuals who are choosing a life of recovery and healing. Enjoy unique silent auction items, live performances, incredibly delicious and healthy dinner from SAME Community Cafe, and listen to the inspiring words of our Executive Director, Darin Valdez. We will also have a live art demonstration from world renowned artist and 2022 SCFD Rex Morgan Award Winner for Civic Engagement, Darrell Anderson.
