New commercial work. Hiring plumbers for subcontract. My business is in Pearland, my projects are scattered. Houston, Katy, Cypress, and other locations. Current project is a remodel build out of a One Medical Office in an existing strip center in Katy Plumbers must have valid TDL, tools. Able to read prints, work independently, and supervise your apprentices. Have commercial new work experience. Not hiring repair or residential plumbers. Pay based on your knowledge and proven abilities. My shop is in Pearland S.E. There will be times you will need to come to my shop for materials and equipment. So being in the Pearland S.E. area will definitely be a help. You need to have truck, tools. I supply equipment only. Excavators, scissor lifts, compactor and such. You will need to have porta band, rotary hammer, step ladders, sawz all, drills, pvc cutters, copper cutters, small generator, compressor, all basic hand tools, ladders etc. The more and better tools you have the more productive you can be and thus make more money. All projects pay by footage, and per fixture. Hourly require basic hand tools and cordless tools. Drills, sawz all etc. Respond with some basic info, before asking a lot of questions. Experience.
