Why work with us? -Intra Home Systems, LLC offers competitive salary and benefits including medical insurance (w/contribution), -- -SimplIRA retirement plan (with company match), PTO (sick time, vacation) -IHS offers a diverse, supportive work environment and a tight knit workforce Hours- Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm (includes a half hour lunch break) Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Staging equipment for the following day's deliveries and installations -Stock picking and loading work van's with the installation crews each morning -Unloading incoming shipments and checking packing slips against PO's -Maintain and organize inventory and stock rooms -Pick up and deliver equipment from local suppliers to jobsites -Ensure warehouse and common areas are kept clean and organized -Run errands and assist the office manager with their responsibilities -Efficiently and effectively work with company managers and staff with assigned duties in a cooperative manner Qualifications: -Strong attention to detail -Must be a self motivated individual -You must possess a clean driving record and own a reliable vehicle -Punctuality and reliability are a must -Knowledge and experience in warehouse work is preferred -Specific knowledge of a contracting/electrical or similar trade would be helpful -You must agree to a background check prior to hiring -The ability to use a computer, including the ability to email and use some Excel/Microsoft Word preferred -High School Diploma or GED required Physical Requirements: -You must be able to verbally communicate with co-workers and management -Fluent English speaking is required. The ability to speak and understand Spanish would be a plus -Regularly lift and move objects that weigh up to 50lbs (occasionally may weigh more) -Must be able to tolerate working in all types of weather when performing your duties -Part of your daily duties will involve climbing A-Frame ladders to organize inventory -You must be able to walk, bend, kneel, reach, pull and carry
