Join us November 20th for a banded workout led by Colleen Hill from Amp Studio. Doors will open at 10:15 am to allow everyone to get settled before the start of class at 10:30. Colleen will lead instruction until 11:15, after that the store will be closed to the public but open to shopping for those who attend until 12 pm. Refreshments will be provided as well as bicycle measurements. Amp Studio will also be providing a complimentary studio session for the participants.
