The 2023 National Association of State Foresters’ CMS-Wildland Fire Committee Meeting is expected to attract national leaders and exhibitors in the wildfire and forest management sectors and provide ample opportunity to interact with speakers and industry representatives. The 2023 NASF CMS-Wildland Fire Committee Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa just outside Albuquerque January 10-12, 2023. The registration fee is $325 for attendees. Registration will close on December 16, 2022.LODGING & TRANSPORTATIONThe NASF room block rate is $119/night . Please book your room at this link or by calling 877-803-7534 and referencing the NASF Wildfire meeting. Reservations must be made no later than December 20, 2022 in order to receive this rate. The hotel is approximately 20 miles/30 minutes from Albuquerque Airport (ABQ) by taxi/ride app (approximately $80) or rental car. ABQ is also served by a variety of shuttle services. The exhibit fee includes a 6-foot table with tablecloth, chairs, and one complimentary meeting registration. The registration includes all provided meals, admission to the meeting's sessions and events. For each additional person staffing the booth, an Exhibitor Staff registration must be purchased for $250. The venue will provide free wi-fi in the sleeping rooms and meeting areas, however, telephone, internet, and AV services are not provided in the exhibit area.
