Angel’s Firearms Instruction (A.F.I.) Is pleased to offer this extremely important class. This class focuses of those first few moments when a major bleed trauma event takes place. In many of these events, seconds count, yet first responders are minutes away, if not much, much further. This class will teach students how to “Self-Rescue” in the event they are the victims of the event as well as train those students on administering aid to others. The class is designed for industries where the average workday either is far removed from basic to advanced medical aid, such as construction, or agricultural companies, or industries that have a higher-than-average possibility of criminal violence in which the criminal act would consume law enforcement duties and delay medical units from being able to gain access to the scene to administer aid (Schools, daycares, large packaging facilities). Each student gets hand on training on Tourniquet application, wound packing, and other extremely vital skills needed to stop extreme bleeding trauma.
