LAWN CARE NEEDED - cut & weed eat

I have a regular size lot in Northwest Palm Bay off Lamplighter. I have a lawn service (paid thru November, so work will start in December) but would prefer not to hire another one.... my schedule changes weekly, my gate is locked (no one gets a key), and I cannot take one day off a week to wait for someone to show up. I am looking for a reliable person who lives close by, takes pride in their work, and who is looking to make a little extra money. You must use your own equipment/ gas. My gate is 48 inches so some commercial equipment will not fit through. Usually the grass needs to be cut every week in the summer (we have dogs so there’s plenty of extra ‘fertilizer’). Since it is winter time and literally half of my backyard has been eaten by mole crickets, there isn’t much to mow back there right now. I will not need weekly service. I would like to find someone who could do it on an ‘as needed’ basis. Afternoons and weekends are best for me. Please let me know how much you charge by the cut or by the month. Thank you
