Richmond based company is looking for a qualified Construction Laborer to join our crew. You need to know how to use various hand and power tools and operate large machinery. Experience in carpentry, concrete work, and demolition are essential, though we may be willing to train candidates who demonstrate they are hard-working, reliable, and can learn quickly. Some projects may require you to travel outside of the area and reliable transportation is a must. A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is definitely a plus. Duties under direct supervision will include but are not limited to: Renovation of residential structures Removal and replacement of windows and doors Perform light carpentry work Preform light roofing repair Maintain a clean and safe job site The ability to work with little supervision and as part of a team to complete construction projects is a plus Construction Laborer Qualifications: High school diploma or GED certificate Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Construction experience and/or the ability to learn quickly Able to use hand and power tools Communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina and manual dexterity Contact Alex @ 757-305-8562 804-980-6705
