Free screenings, mental health resources, rehabilitation information, examinations and consultations will be provided by Chestnut Health Systems Adaptive Equipment Corner SIHF Healthcare (Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation) Survival Flight, Inc AgeSmart OASIS Shipley Chiropractic National Alliance for Mental Illness Faith In Action Elmwood Rehab Knollwood Retirement Community Vaccination clinic with Flu, Covid, and Shingles vaccines will be provided by Walgreens. * *Please sign up by November 21st at St John's Community Care for the Shingles Vaccine with insurance information.
