Sixth Annual Nativity Display and Music Event Set

For the sixth year, the Pflugerville Annual Nativity Display holiday celebration is being held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 2-3 in Pflugerville. The purpose is to celebrate the birth of the Savior and bring the community together to enjoy music, food and fun. It is free and open to the public. The event centers around a room-by-room display of more than 400 nativities and works of art, ranging from international to crystal and glass, wood, handcrafted and a general category called The Great Room. In addition, there will be music from local choirs and performance groups, various activities for children of all ages, a room with costumes where children can dress up and parents can take their photo, and free cookies and punch. On Saturday, Dec. 3, 2-4 p.m., the event will be open to seniors only (those age 65 and up) who might need special assistance or prefer to view the display without having to navigate a crowd.
