Join Mariposa Yoga Tampa in the garden Saturdays in January for stories, sun salutations and mini sustainability lessons During this class the whole family is welcome to join in the fun! We will share a story that will focus on social and emotional wellbeing, participate in a yoga class for all levels that incorporates music, games and props like breathing balls, bells and puppets. Children will also have the opportunity to explore the farm and learn a bit about sustainable living.
