Two complimentary Strength and Sculpt classes by lead trainer Sarah Koenig, followed by an exclusive Knix shopping event, raffle, DJ, and more! Our signature Strength and Sculpt class blends controlled sculpting exercises with resistance training to strengthen and tone the entire body.
