Join us for the special event! Yin healing and live therapeutic music with the Harp. Hosted By Danielle Hall owner of Bodhi Method - Health and Wellness Counselor. I am honored to introduce you to Katherine Goudie. Katherine is a graduate of the Music for Healing and Transition Program. She is a Certified Music Practitioner that provides therapeutic bedside music in hospitals, hospice, and skilled nursing settings. She plays thirty-four string folk Harp, bringing live one-on-one personalized music that helps reduce anxiety, steady the breath, and heart rate. This promotes relaxation for both the mind and body. Katherine's live therapeutic music practice includes working as a Music Activity Coordinator for groups in memory care facilities, specializing in singing songs from the 1920-1950's for individuals living with dementia. I am in gratitude to have Katherine as a special guest on the December 6th class. You do not want to miss this beautiful event! What is Yin Healing?
