What’s in it for you? *$2,000 Sign-on bonus ($1,000 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 at 6 months of employment) *Competitive Wages, Generous Paid Time Off, 11 Paid Holidays *Medical/Dental/Vision - starts Day 1! *401K with company match after 30 days *Company Paid Uniforms, Boot Vouchers, and Safety Glasses Program *Tuition Reimbursement *Annual Bonus and Merit opportunities What you will be doing: *Project management of the day-to-day facilities maintenance, including: *Bathroom repairs and remodels, landscaping, garbage removal, cleaning services, HVAC equipment, intake and exhaust *fans, parking lot maintenance, lighting, building repairs, office redesigns, etc. *Establish and maintain contract relationships and contractual services oversight *Prepare, implement, review, and revise work plans to be responsive to ongoing facility needs *Assist in monitoring expenditures and participate in the development of the annual budget *Other duties as assigned What we need from you: *At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance *A High School Diploma or GED, additional Project Management training or certification preferred *Ability to track and manage projects and effectively report metrics to management *Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly *Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels both inside and outside the organization Apply online at:
