We had a guy like this but he’s retiring! Our South Beach boutique condo building (30 units) needs a one stop shop cleaning person who also is on call for needed maintenance and repair and to oversee the day to day functioning of the building. The cleaning of the communal areas is 3 days a week. The maintenance (replacing light bulb or light fixture, minor plumbing issues, minor painting. extremely limited landscaping, recyclables…) is only when necessary, or when asked for by the building association or when a resident has a query or complaint.
