All American Shutters & Glass is looking for enthusiastic person with prior construction experience with proven supervisory or management experience. Requires excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Job Responsibilities would include: The planning and production measurement of storm shutters. Managerial oversight of jobsites, coordination of installation crews, management of materials, schedules, and services. Direct monitor of progress of projects and quality of installations. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. Be decisive, flexible & work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations or delays and in a very fast-paced environment. Can analyze & resolve problems. Excellent organizational, leadership & communication skills. Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents. Attention to Detail and Persistence in follow up with a Strong sense of urgency.
