Description

Hello, We need to re-home our dog. We believe he is a Mountain Cur, but not sure. We took him in as a rescue about 10 months ago and planned on being in a house by now but our house search is going to take us longer. He is about a year and 4 months old. (We were told his birthday is in July but not positive). He is a very active dog and needs to be able to have room to run. Right now we live in an apartment and that is not ideal for him. He is neutered and current on shots to include his rabies. We all work a lot and just do not have time for him to be able to give him what he deserves. Like I said, we only took him in as a rescue to keep him off the streets. He is great with people. He does bark at other dogs when we take him on walks. He needs work in that area. He is used to being around cats. He tries to play with our cat but the cat does not like him at all. Other than that he is house trained. The only time he will use the bathroom in the house is if he is ignored when he tries to let you know he needs to go outside. He is kennel trained and usually stays in a kennel while we are working because he does love to get in the trash can. He will make a great dog for the right person who has room for him to run and loves the outdoors. He also loves riding in cars and in the back of a truck. To make sure he goes to a good home we only ask for a small re-homing fee of $100. He will come with his kennel, leash, and food. Which we just brought him a new bag 36 pound bag yesterday.
