Remodel Contractor Bid Invite Contractors must have General Liability Insurance to bid on job. We are having a job walk this Thursday starts at 10:30 am ends at 11:30 am to view job site. Project is located in Highland Park Dallas, if you would like to attend and bid on project, respond with your info, phone etc so we can get you scheduled. Residential Work Scope: Job scheduled to start after thanksgiving. General Demolition: 1. Remove ceiling drywall max of 72 SF in living room above windows. 2. Remove damaged drywall sections at window closest to fire place. 3. 2nd Floor, remove double doors, trims at bedroom. 4. Remove balcony floor tiles and underlayment. 5. Remove balcony soffit, trims to the frame. 6. Labor and general building materials are included unless noted supplied by owner. Living Room: 1. Install ceiling drywall back finished. 2. Install drywall to window area finished. 3. Prime new drywall work. 4. Repaint entire ceiling white that flows openly to the stopping points. 5. Paint 2nd floor door. 6. Repaint all colored crown moldings, base boards. 7. Labor and general building materials included unless noted supplied. Balcony: 1. Install, standard grade waterproof underlayment, concrete boards. 2. Install standard grade 12” ceramic tile flooring to balcony floor. We will supply tiles only 3. Install metal drip edge to balcony edges. 4. Install hardie trims, soffit. 5. Paint balcony. 6. Labor and general building materials included unless noted supplied. 2nd Floor Bedroom: 1.
