Part Time Maintenance Technician Position Available Bieck Management is seeking a talented and motivated Part Time Maintenance Technician at Lakeshore Tower Apartments in Cudahy. Lakeshore Tower is a high rise apartment building located on the shores of Lake Michigan featuring 209 apartments. The Part Time Maintenance Tech will be working directly with our professional staff performing maintenance throughout the property. Responsibilities will include: - Property maintenance and general upkeep of apartments/common areas - Follow the direction of the maintenance supervisor and property manager - Maintain strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service - Respond to resident work orders in a timely fashion which could include painting, minor plumbing/electrical, drywall repairs, doors, windows, and miscellaneous other tasks as needed Skills/Qualifications required: - Experience with plumbing systems, minor electrical, painting, drywall repairs - Excellent customer service - High level of organization and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure - Strong time management skills - Ability to work with and without supervision - Excellent written and oral communication Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications.
