It was on telivision and the whole world witnessed it. Just google 2018 Helsink....... Trump Donald took an oath to protect and defend the constitution. That includes american institutions. The whole world was in shock and many never stopped making jokes about the US until Trump was defeated by Joe Biden. I'm not even gonna go into the endless list of other things he did. He should have instantly been impeached and found guilty of treason right there, but the Republican party protected him.
