- Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing and curing - Divide concrete construction projects into different stages - Evaluate how much labor and materials are needed for each stage - Resolve all problems that may affect project quality and completion - Scheduling machinery and material deliveries - Scheduling crews in a timely manner in order to maintain a positive work flow and positive turn around time
