Local Cleaning Company 9+ years in business in Boone Watauga County North Carolina seeking Cleaners/Housekeepers mainly for Residential and Commercial accounts. Job is primarily in Foscoe NC area. QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience needed • Employment Eligibility as “Work Authorized” in USA • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance • Reliable transportation • Positive Work Attitude with punctual time management • Fast learner—Self-starter • Detailed Oriented • Can perform “physical” cleaning labor with no limitations RESPONSIBILITIES: (not inclusive) • Clean Recreational and fitness facilities • Clean Housekeeping; linens and towels, etc. • New construction cleaning with windows • Building maintenance; lamps/lights/cobwebb cleaning • Luxury home cleaning • Perform normal cleaning physical labor; mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, windows, bedroom/bath/kitchen areas, etc. COMPENSATION: • Full-time position, 35+ hours per week • Hourly wage based on experience and abilities. • Drug-free workplace—prefer non smokers • Back-ground check (license) and drug screening may be utilized for confirmation
