Hello, my tenants dishwasher is not working. It won’t drain. I checked the filter, nothing is clogging it. We checked the drain pipe for the garbage disposal as well and it’s not clogged. The spinning arm piece inside the dishwasher is broken off, it seems to have melted a bit. I think we need to replace that part, as well as finding out why it won’t drain. I started a cycle, it filled partially and then stopped working and the water did not drain.
