NYE Security Staff needed in various locations! We're looking for experienced mature individual(s) to work with us in various nightlife locations throughout the city Saturday December 31st. The events will be from 8pm-2am (possibly 3am). Our primary objective is to maintain peace at all times. Selected individuals will be working with a team ranging from 3-30 members within a given location. Specific skills required -prior nightlife experience required! -excellent customer service, no need for hotheads or weekend warriors -in decent shape (must be able to handle yourself in the event things go haywire), -prefer individuals to be 6 feet and up, over 200 lbs. (but not necessary) -no license needed/must have club experience -all black attire (must be presentable and CLEAN, i.e. black slacks or BDU's with a black button up shirt, black shoes or boots) Security staff will be responsible with the following: -Search individual patrons and their bags for any/all weapons -Crowd control, ensure patrons can effectively navigate through the crowd without incident -Support company staff in ensuring patrons are serviced without incident -Quickly & efficiently diffuse any/all incidents without conflict, when/if possible....
