Vocalist for established doom band

We are a hard working 3 piece- guitar, drums, bass- established heavy metal doom band. We have two albums and two EP's currently out in the world, and have enjoyed some limited (national and international) scene success and acknowledgement. We are preparing to build on this success with new music and we are scheduled for recording in April 2023 at a professional studio to begin our 3rd full length LP. Right now, our focus is putting out an excellent new album. We are exploring adding a pro-level lead vocalist, preferably a female vocalist. (Our bass player is female as well, FYI) The right person will have an excellent voice, as well as musical timing and ability to write harmony phrases. Content of lyrics as well as the phrasing, we can help with. This person should also love heavy metal, doom, stoner rock, etc. See below for list of our favorite bands. That said, we are open to someone that is a talented vocalist but hasn't always been into this type of music. If you review the doom genre you'll find a lot of great work coming from voices that are not "rock and roll" in the typical sense. Additionally, this person should be a responsible adult with their own transportation, good work ethic, a great attitude, and enjoy dogs. We practice weekly and are practicing on our own essentially every day, as well as working on art work, merch, social media, etc. This is a labor of love.
