Long hair cat found 133rd & Quivira

I found a cat that had been hit and killed on Quivira near 133rd. He or she has long hair, is brown/black along the back and tail, white on his/her belly and legs. I have a picture where I've cropped out the injured parts if someone wants to verify if the cat might be theirs. I'm really sorry for your loss I took the cat to Blue Pearl to see if it was by chance chipped and they said it was not. They wouldn't dispose without a charge but recommended calling my vet or KC Pet Project in the morning. The cat is wrapped in a blanket in a box outside for now, I'll give this post a little time into tomorrow (Wednesday) morning to see if anyone would like to claim him before I take him in.
