Description
Stress got you down? Whom hasn't it gotten? Medical science confirms that stress drives all disease, suffering and fear in life. But what if you could learn to be a master stress-metabolizer? Learn to dissolve old stress while also throwing off new stress in the present day...? Vedic Meditation allows one to do just that. An effortless practice that enables one to transcend the stressed, rushed waking mind to access a way of being that is deeply restful and calm, Vedic Meditation has been around for 5,000-10,000 years allowing humans to expand their awareness and impact in the world. An ancient technique brought to the west in the 50’s by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (Founder of Transcendental Meditation), Vedic Meditation is practiced by thousands of elite performers internationally across finance and media to the artistic and athletic worlds. Operating on the level of sound, practitioners receive a personalized mantra from a teacher and learn how to easefully employ the mantra to reach the transcendent state of all possibility. The practice has been scientifically proven to amplify creativity, deplete stress from the body and sharpen one’s sensory perception. Vedic Meditation is the ultimate adaptogen: allowing one to prime the body for whatever it wants and needs to do without the backlog of stress, suffering and fear. In 4 short sessions, one becomes a self-sufficient meditator for life able to meditate on one’s own without an app or guide. Curious? Book a free introductory session to see what the practice can offer you: to learn how to come home to yourself. ******************************************************************************** About the teacher: A classical singer and intellectual capital consultant, Holly’s art was so shaped by her meditation practice, she traveled to India, after years of preparatory study, to train as a teacher.
