Hello All, We are looking for a reliable handyman in the Sharon area. We manage several hundred rentals in the vicinity and currently need help with a 6 plex in Sharon. Attaching a scope of work below. Please know, you must have your own tools, transportation, and ladders. Please send us your a business card via text message. We prefer to pay with venmo or payal but can also use zelle/cashapp but highly prefer venmo paypal as our corporations books are connected there. Exterior Front banister needs raised to 30in. #1 sticker needed for address Front pillars need painted Middle railing going up the steps Bottom banister need to put back in place. Right side of building third-floor window frame needs painted. The foundation needs mortar. Trash around the outside of the entire building needs cleaned up. CORRIDOR First floor smoke detector needs moved to the ceiling. Outlet needs to be a two prong. Round handrail needed to second floor. Second-floor smoke detector needs moved to the ceiling. Round handrail needed to third floor. Third-floor smoke detector needs a battery and moved to the ceiling. Remove the garbage TVs from third-floor hallway. Put trim back on access panel on third floor. Unit A smoke detector in her living room. It needs put on the ceiling. CO2 detector needs a battery. Kitchen needs GFI Hallway outlet need a cover. Bedroom carpet needs a threshold. Bathroom window frame needs painted. Bedroom smoke detector need to be put on the ceiling. Bedroom door frame needs painted. Basement needs a round handrail. Basement smoke detector need to be put at the top of the steps on the ceiling going down the steps. Paint the peeling paint going down the steps. Basement bedrooms need smoke detectors on the ceilings. Smoke detector above hot water tank needs a battery. In the basement the chimney has three flus vented into it. They all need mortar around them. She is requesting these items. Paint the living room ceiling access panel. Kitchen cabinet is broken and needs glued. The shower rod is held up by the glass on the window.(not safe) somehow she does need this shower rod attached to the ceiling. She wants doorstops for two doors. So the door knobs don’t go through the wall. Irvine B Smoke detectors needs moved to the ceiling. I actually didn’t look for basement smoke detectors in the bedrooms. If they are not there they need to be put on the ceiling. Bathroom needs GFII Panel box needs a spacer. Chimney has to flus vented into it. They both need mortar. Near the furnace is a round junction electrical box. It needs a cover plate. Washer outlet needs to be a GFI. There is another outlet in the basement. It needs to be removed and a blank cover plate put on. Hallway light is broken and needs repaired. Her bathroom ceiling leaks from the apartment upstairs. - START HERE!! URGENT Unit C Living room smoke detector needs moved to the ceiling. Living room closet door need to put back on. Living room window has a ripped a screen. Bedroom smoke detector needs moved to the ceiling. Kitchen needs GFI Sink faucet in bathroom has a very steady drip of water. Bathroom needs GFI Unit D I did not get in this apartment. He does have a bathroom leak because it’s leaking into the apartment downstairs. Unit E Half of this apartment has no electric. I could not find his panel box. I believe it is in apartment F. Bathroom medicine cabinet needs re-hung. Kitchen needs GFI Smokers in living room and bedroom need put on the ceiling. Back bedroom needs a smoke detector put on the ceiling. Living room access panel needs reattached. Kitchen cabinets are broke and need glued back together. 2 outlet covers needed one in each bedroom. I will need to go back to check the electric in the bathroom after the electric is fixed. Unit F Need to get into.
