One of Florida’s most trusted Roofing Company’s is searching for a dependable full-time Assistant Project Manager Crew. This position focuses on working closely with our Production Manager as well as customers. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for field management and oversite of all production work in the field, including material pick up, crew supervision, completion of service orders and field support of our Production Manager. We want a hard-working individual with a positive attitude and respect for the responsibility that they are given. Candidate should have the following skills and or competencies: Good communication, leadership, problem solving and organizations skills Enjoys being around people and interacting with customers Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to problem solve in the field and assess client issues. Basic arithmetic and written communication skills. To be considered, YOU MUST HAVE: A Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving history for the past 3 years. At least 2 year of experience in the roofing industry (doing repairs). Must have a working Smart Phone and the ability to use a CRM and Email. A Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent and precise work ethic. Must speak, read and write English fluently (bilingual a plus) Must be willing to travel up to a 50 - mile radius around Tampa, FL
