This event will focus on teen girls building skills to re-discover their confidence while using fitness and personal development activities to turn over a new leaf. This workshop is totally FREE and it’s a days of fitness, self-confidence skill building activities, group activities and bonus freebies designed to: • Increase physical fitness • Build healthy connection, and • Empower HER confidence We've jam-packed every bit of value we could possibly fit into such a short amount of time… all to get your daughter living HER best, confidently fit life right away!
