Workshop Experiences (Choose One)TORAH TEXT: "The Joy of Authenticity" with Ruchi Koval. Why do we resist showing up as our real selves? What about our culture discourages authenticity? Most importantly, how can we become more honest and real? This Torah text-based discussion will offer tools for approaching life authentically. MENTAL HEALTH: The Keys to Connection: Explore the 5 areas of an Intimate Relationship with Rivke Gardner. In this interactive workshop, we will explore a core paradigm of how to create close and connected relationships with ourselves, our spouses, children, family and friends. How can we truly honor who we truly are and share our authentic selves in our relationships? How do we hold space for others and create so much safety that they can be open and vulnerable with us? Join me to learn new perspectives and practical tools in this incredible workshop. DANCE: "Soulstir" with Shelly Dembe. Soulstir is a form of movement that awakens the soul. Based on the Kabbalistic Sefirot, this dance form allows women to express a multitude of emotional attributes, such as loving-kindness, strength, leadership, and humility.
