NDOE serves as the perfect opportunity to engage chapter members, affiliate networks, and the community at large on ways to support black and minority economics through the building and patronage of black-owned establishments and entrepreneurial efforts. Chapters made special efforts to partner with their Affiliates, Affiliate Entrepreneurship Centers, and Affiliate Guilds.
