Description
My husband and I catch feral cats, have them spayed or neutered and release back outside.
Once in a while we catch an abandoned house cat, and Checkers is one of those cats. When we caught him some months back, he hadn't been neutered, 3 of his paws were full of infection and he had a temperature of 105, which required ER care. Since then, he has been treated, neutered and reconditioned to trust humans again. He has also put on quite a bit of weight, which he needed.
He is estimated to be around 3 years old and is the black and white in the pictures. Very handsome guy.
He has really come around to love again and loves to be petted, sleep on the couch, play with toys and especially loves his adopted sister.
His adopted sister is Cally, the beautiful black female in the pictures. She was born in captivity from a feral mother, who we caught back in March. She is 8 months old and has been spayed. She loves to be petted and held and plays well.
Both cats use the litter box so no concerns there.
The two cats have become attached to each other, so they must go together, and are ready for their new home.
An inside home is a Must for these two as the outside is a scary world to them.
If you think your home would be perfect for these two, please call or text
Thank you
