Preserve the Season: Salsa Class
Learn how to make salsa in our hands-on class and take a jar of Chili Salsa home! In this workshop will will learn the basics of making and canning salsa as well as receiving recipes and tasting holiday salsa recipes such as Spicy Cranberry Salsa and Peach Apple Salsa. You will also receive other tested and reviewed salsa recipes that mix low acidic foods such as onions and peppers with acidic foods such as tomatoes.
