Job Description Entry Level Outside Sales Account Manager Type: Full Time Location: Plano, TX Hours: M – F, 8:30am – 5:00pm Pay: $41,000 - $45,000 base plus commission per sale Other: 7 PTO days after 3-6 months. Once successful in this role, schedule flexibility available. Responsibilities - Will train on ALL the below, No XP needed Work within a defined territory learning about local businesses and their hiring needs Engage prospective clients to better understand needs, driving new business opportunities, and building a solid pipeline of qualified leads Outgoing and personable Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals Personally develop strong, long-term relationships with clients Manage existing customer list and prospect new clients Routinely follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction Develop in depth knowledge of business offerings and successfully pitch to clients Business to business sales making daily cold calls in person and on the phone Provide quotes/pricing to clients as needed ( sales manager will help with this) Draft professional correspondence including marketing related emails Generate a sufficiently high level of activity to secure a weekly influx of new clients. ( Will be taught how to do this successfully ) Effectively meet with decision-makers to assess needs and to secure accounts. Document current and potential client activity in proprietary software system Research accounts, set up meetings Effectively work with and communicate with internal team Requirements : No industry experience required, preferred customer service xp, Food industry serving experience, inside sales. We take entry level employees with regular customer service experience! Solid computer skills with the ability to respond to emails. Ambitious with the ability to take constructive feedback Strong motivation to build and maintain customer relationships Excellent time management skills Organized and detail oriented oral and written communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Must be easy to work with and have proven ability to build relationships/establish rapport quickly Must have career longevity with outstanding time and attendance record Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
