Buone Vacanze – Happy Holidays Italian style!
In this Holiday Mini Workshop, Chefs Dave & Chris will be working with young Chefs to produce an Italian holiday meal.
Participants will make focaccia bread, lasagna bolognese (making the homemade pasta dough), and complete a decorated mint rotolo cake with chocolate mousse,
Participants are given an apron and hat upon arrival. Suggested ages are from 9-15 years old. Participants must wear closed toed shoes.
Class size is limited to 12 child participants per session. Price is $125 per participant.
All proceeds benefit the LCI Foundation. Tickets are non-refundable.
