Need Master Electrician Registered with Texas City for pulling permits

We have licensed journeyman working on our projects. We had a master electrician to pull permits for journeyman but he has been out of contact recently and we need to keep projects moving. Flat fee to pull permits and schedule inspections. We do several jobs per month. You do not need to be onsite for inspections as journeyman do walkthrough with inspector as required by Texas city. Must either be registered with Texas city or be able to register with Texas city which requires valid license and insurance. In your response please include your requested fee schedule and indicate if you are already registered with Texas City. Looking to pull first permit right away but we need the info to get the plans approval. Payment schedule is half when permit is pulled and half when final is approved (as master had to call to schedule every inspection per city rules)
