I’m looking for a residential construction framer to help me with an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) project Job Location: Conroe, TX Requirements: Framing, Carpentry, Millwork Must have some kind of experience in framing, carpentry,knowledge of using a tape measure, use a square, being able to cut material, and be able to work off ladders in a safe manner Physical aspects of the job: Moving material and lifting glulam beam into place. I will provide a beam jack lift. I have rollers and truck to move most of the material Looking for a hard-working individual, someone that can understand English, can work well with others, andfriendly. I will have work for one week, and if things work out it could progress into a month and a half of work. Also,can progress into more work further down the line. I have a lot of work coming up. All new construction. We will be framing inside a gigantic garage freshly built. Need to be clean. One downside is we can’t have too many cars on site so that means you’ll have to park your car somewhere and drive in my truck to the job site and I’ll drop you off at the end of the day at your car. Experience preferred but not required Please respond if interested $15 to 20 DOE (depending on experience)
