OWEN & MAE AND COMMONWEALTH CANDLE HAVE TEAMED UP TO BRING YOU A FUN, FALL-FILLED EVENT AT THE MELLWOOD ART CENTER! PAINTING + CANDLE MAKING You will leave with a soy candle poured by you and a watercolor pumpkin painted by you! WHAT TO EXPECT: The event will begin in Commonwealth Candle's studio. Your first 30 minutes will be spent selecting your fragrances and pouring your custom soy candle! You'll have a variety of fall fragrances to choose from to make a candle that is uniquely yours. The scent experts with Commonwealth Candle will be there to help you every step of the way. The next portion of the event will take place in Owen & Mae's studio. Here you will be painting your own watercolor pumpkin! Hanna will teach you skills to help you start with a blank sheet of paper and end up with a painting you will be proud of, along with keys to using watercolor and making it work for you. WHEN & WHERE: Thursday, November 17th from 6:30 p m to 8:30 p m At the Mellwood Art Center: 1860 Mellwood Ave, Louisville, KY 40206. The Event will start in studio 155 and end in studio 276. The ticket includes all materials for both workshops, light refreshments, a finished 8oz soy candle, and a watercolor painting. Perfect for a girl's night, date night, or friend outing! The event is limited to 10 people max. Tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door. We can't wait to see you there!
