This little Hidden gem will come alive in April with Music and Arts. Camping, Bar, Music, live painting and Positive Vibrations! Upon Purchase of Tickets you agree to the following General Festival Policies: •The event is rain or shine. No refunds – no exceptions. Hidden Lake and festival affiliates reserve the right to cancel, delay or postpone festivities due to inclement weather or health concerns. •Please stay home if you are symptomatic to Covid-19 or have been exposed to someone in the last week with a positive Covid-19 result. •Masks will be required in gathering spaces. •No pets allowed in festival space. •No outside food or drink permitted into the festival grounds. •Line up/workshop etc. times subject to change without notice. •No weapons including pocket knifes allowed on property •Everyone is subject to search upon entry. No large bags or backpacks allowed. One small personal baggage item allowed per person. •The festival is open to all ages. •There is no swimming in Hidden Lake and there is no lifeguard on duty. •I agree that I will not bring any action or claim against any of the parties hereby released for any reason associated with the Event. •I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE Hidden Lake, LLC, TopWater LLC and Mladick II, LLC, & and/or any of its agents, contractors, employees, owners, sponsors, staff, affiliates, volunteers, and any other entities that help support the Event from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities for death, personal injury, partial or permanent disability, property damage, medical or hospital bills, theft, or damage of any kind, including economic losses, which may arise by reason of my participation and/or presence at the Event. To the extent possible by law, I hereby fully waive, release, and discharge all parties notwithstanding their own negligent acts or omissions or the negligent acts or omissions of others. •COVID 19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. Covid 19 is contagious and is believed to spread easily between people. In general, the more closely a person interacts with others, and the longer that interaction, there is a higher the risk of COVID 19 spreading. WHILE ATTENDING EVENTS AT HIDDEN LAKE GUESTS WILL BE EXPOSED TO MANY PEOPLE AND THE RISK OF CONTRACTING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS IS SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS AND MAY INVOLVE RISK OF SERIOUS ILLNESS AND/OR DEATH. UPON ENTRY TO HIDDEN LAKE PROPERTY YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against Hidden Lake, Mladick II, LLC, Hidden Lake, LLC & TopWater, LLC and their officers, agents, and employees relating to such risks. I hereby further agree to INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS against Hidden Lake, Mladick II, LLC, Hidden Lake, LLC & TopWater, LLC, and each of them, and their officers, agents, and employees, from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to illness or death of me, my agents or employees, and/or any person or persons that I purchased a ticket for or sold to while attending or to attend an event Hidden Lake, whether caused by the negligence of the against Hidden Lake, Mladick II, LLC, Hidden Lake, LLC & TopWater, LLC or their officers, agents, employees, or otherwise •Upon entering the venue, you accept your likeness (pictures/videos) may be used as promotional material used by Hidden Lake, LLC, TopWater LLC and Mladick II, LLC. 3Upon purchasing tickets for camping at Hidden Lake you agree to these terms: · Camping is off-grid. There is no water, power hook-ups or showers. · For your convenience portable toilets are available near the campground. If you cause damage to these properties or any other properties onsite you will face eviction and criminal charges. · Your campsite includes one vehicle pass, which will allow one vehicle to enter the campgrounds. A vehicle is anything with a motor, including an RV! If you are hauling a trailer, the trailer will not require a vehicle pass. · Additional vehicles can be parked in general parking at a current charged rate · 1 RV per site. Maximum of 3 tents and they must fit on site. · Camp spots for the festival will be a short walking distance from the festival and lake. · You can not bring personal food or drinks into the festival or TopWater area. · Each campsite must be registered to one adult, 18 years of age or older. This individual accepts full responsibility for the campsite. Any Hidden Lake campground rules broken may mean eviction with NO REFUND, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. · Please place all bagged garbage in trash bins. Hidden Lake takes pride in our property and our responsibility to the land seriously. We encourage all patrons to NOT let their site become a mess and DO NOT leave trash behind. Our animals and fish depend on us to keep their environment clean and safe. · Hidden Lake is not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost, damaged or stolen items or property. It is recommended that you do not bring valuable items. · We love our pets as much as you do, but Hidden Lake strongly recommends that you leave your pets at home. The crowds can cause distress for many animals. If you do bring a pet to Hidden Lake Festival, you are responsible for your pet. Pets must be LEASHED and kept at your campsite at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Please keep your pet safe and secured on your campsite. Aggressive pets, Pitbulls, American Stafford breed and Pit Bull breed mixes are not allowed, and will be asked to be removed from the campground. If your dog can't play well with others it will be also be removed from the campground. · Consumption of alcoholic beverages, by those of legal drinking age, is allowed in your own camping area only. Alcohol consumption is prohibited on any roadways. · Open flame fires are prohibited and only permitted in Hidden Lake fire pits. · Other strictly prohibited Items: o Glass bottles or containers o Tiki torches o Fireworks o Cylinders or tanks of compressed air, or helium o Paper (Chinese) lanterns o Drones - WITHOUT PERMISSION o Knives, or weapons of any kind o Firearms, or any types of explosives or ammunition · Hidden Lake reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who is violating local, state/provincial, or federal laws, facility rules, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management, without refund. · Hidden Lake reserves the right to modify or add any rules at any time. · Cigarette butts are trash and do not belong on the ground. If you are found to have cigarette butts all over your campsite you will be accessed a $50 fine.
