Dear Community Members, The Paso del Norte Red De Promotora Network is honored to present its 18th Annual Promotores/as Conference, this upcoming December 2, 2022, in El Paso, TX venue to be determined. The Promotores/as Network has been bringing together Community Health Workers and organizations involved in border health since 2005. The Planning Committee would like to invite your agency to participate to set up a Vendor Table to introduce itself to Community Health Workers of the New Mexico, Texas, and Juarez to offer agency literature and products, provide health screenings and promote the importance of Environmental Health. Vendor participants will be provided with one table and two chairs at the event. Agencies must set up by 7:30 AM. Vendor applications and information regarding logistics are attached to this document. Applications must be returned by Monday, November 14, 2022 to Cecilia Rodriguez by email at [email protected] or in person There is a vendor cost of $150.00 for setting up a vendor table. All agencies are also encouraged to donate a gift of any kind. Agencies are encouraged to participate in the 18th Annual Paso Del Norte RED De Promotora Conference. We hope you can join us in reaching out to improve our community’s health and raise awareness in the importance working side by side with Community Health Workers.
