Healing Harmony is excited to ring in the winter solstice with a winter sound journey. Cozy up as you are immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, improvisational vocals, and drumming that includes traditional carols and the wintery sounds of nature (wind, rain, and stormy weather). Forest creatures, animals and spirits, along with snow fairies and winter friends help us journey home!. Renew your connection to self and spirit as you allow yourself to be carried on the wave of sound and song into the season of light and joy. Celebrate the longest day of the year with a 60-minute group sound healing experience designed for ages 6+ ~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation and story to set the scene for our sound journey through Winter. ~ You will sit and lie down on the floor for this event. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you feel comfortable and safe such as blankets or pillows. Your clothing can include explorer, adventurer, fairy, and winter themed costumes (keeping comfort and safety in mind!) ~ With your help we will create a musical sound scape using singing bowls, vocalization, bells, and drums. ~ Using traditional and non-traditional instruments and songs Healing Harmony will guide you on a journey through a winter scene of your own creation and imagination. Along the way we will meet many winter creatures and spirits. ~ We will end with a moment of silence to let you deeply rest, relax, and restore. Welcome the winter solstice by increasing your vibrational energies and awakening your body, mind, and spirit as we enter this season of light and joy!
