Step Into Yes! is a creative mix of inspiration and dance, a time and place to bring your whole, potent self without apology. To be creative without cost, to see and be seen, and to embody your own truth. Each month one woman shares something that’s inspired her on her life’s journey. Collectively we try it on and then invite the moving maps of the 5Rhythms to explore, deepen, and integrate our connection to ourselves and others. Dancing since 1994, certified by Gabrielle Roth in 2008, Lisa is both a student and teacher of the 5Rhythms. https://www.dancingfirelizards.com The venue is ~ Life in the City Church ~ 205 E. Monroe St, ATX 78704. Parking is neighborhood street parking. Please note that some spots require a permit. If you like more floor time in warm-up, music begins at 10:45am. Doors close at 11:20am. Session ends no later tahn 1:15pm. Lose, comfortable clothing & water bottle are suggested. COVID Protocols - If you don’t feel well, have a fever, currently have COVID, or are within a 10-day window of exposure or infection please do not come to class. You are welcome to wear a mask.
