We are a Multi-family community looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crew. JOB DESCRIPTION - Completes, assists, and delegates work order requests submitted by our residents in a timely fashion. - Oversees and completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for CO inspections and move-ins. - Responsible for general upkeep and curb appeal of the property. Requirements: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, boiler, HVAC, and general maintenance.
